INCIDENTS
Police responded to a burglary at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Madison Avenue after a 28-year-old man reported his black and yellow Cannondale Habit mountain bike stolen. The loss is about $1,500.
Officers arrested Gregory Garner, 28, of Eskridge, at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of criminal threat and two counts of harassment on the phone stemming from May 24 threats to a 32-year-old woman. Law enforcement arrested Garner on a separate Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation stemming from an original charge of harassment by a phone. Garner remains held in jail on $10,000 bond.
