A 44-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported a 57-year-old man reportedly threatened him with a handgun.
Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of Oxford Place in Manhattan on Sept. 5, 2023, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Park Place Apartments were listed as the victim when it was reported a 13-year-old boy spray-painted multiple walls in an apartment complex causing approximately $500 worth of damage. The boy was arrested for criminal damage to property, processed through juvenile intake, and released to a guardian.
