Officers cited Dennis Kull, 22, of Junction City, at about 1:59 a.m. Friday while at Fort Riley Boulevard and South Delaware Aveneue for transporting an open container.
INCIDENTS
Police responded to aggravated assault and criminal threat at about 6:23 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road. A 14-year-old boy said a person he knows threatened him with his words and a knife.
Officers reported theft at about 9:56 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Pierre Street when someone took a 46-year-old man’s red 1969 Honda Trail Bike with a black seat. The property loss is about $3,000.
Police responded to a burglary at about 12:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Watson Place when a 22-year-old man reported someone he does not know entering his residence. Upon breaking into his place of living, the person of interest stole an Xbox Series X, a controller and an LG sound system for a loss of about $1,560.
Officers reported theft at about 11:54 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Sixth Street when a 51-year-old man said a woman he knows stole his iPhone 14 Pro Plus. The loss is about $899.
Police reported theft or fraud at about 2:43 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Fishermans Lane when a 57-year-old woman said someone she does not know opened a bank account in her name. The person of interest took out a loan with the bank in October 2020 for a loss of about $2,774.
Officers responded to domestic battery, criminal damage to property and criminal restraint at about 11:26 p.m. Tuesday at Redbud Estates. Law enforcement arrested Chistopher Albertson, 39, of Manhattan in connection to the offenses against a 39-year-old woman he knows. Albertson is held at Riley County jail on $12,000 bond.
Police arrested Kelli Stockton, 26, of Manhattan at about 8:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of James Avenue on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Stockton’s arrests were on two additional court warrants for probation violation in addition to offenses of possession of opiate, o
pium or narcotic and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. He also is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a substance. Stockton is held on $16,750 bond.
Officers arrested Victor Schmidt, 29, of Spearville, while at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center after being extradited from Pennsylvania. His Riley County District Court warrant for the arrest included aggravated sexual battery; force or fear in November 2022. Schmidt is held at Riley County jail on a $100,000 bond.
