Police cited Hunter Curbow, 20, of Olathe at about 2:34 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of North 11th Street for possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor.
INCIDENTS
Police arrested Andrew Jones, 44, of Manhattan at about 3:45 p.m. Monday on a Jackson County District Court warrant for unlawful distribution of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones is at Riley County jail on previous charges when officers arrested him on the warrant. Law enforcement issued Jones a $20,000 bond.
Officers filed several reports for theft at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Commons Place. Target is the business that reported the crime, when a 17-year-old man stole various packs of sports cards during five separate incidents over the course of many weeks for a loss of about $1,100.
Police responded to criminal damage to property at about 11 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Lasita Road and Lisita Branch. A 62-year-old man told police that two trail cameras and a swather tire were damaged in July for a loss of about $1,200.
Officers arrested Jason Curry, 38, of Ogden at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on a Geary County District Court warrant for probation violation. Curry is held at Riley County jail on $5,000 bond.
