Realme Narzo N55: affordable 6.72-inch IPS LCD smartphone with Helio G88, up to 6GB RAM, and 5000 mAh battery

Realme Narzo 50A Prime was a very affordable smartphone that punches higher than its weight. It has a large 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS screen, good mid-range hardware, good 50MP triple primary camera, decent 8MP selfie camera, big enough storage, and a large battery to boot.

Having said that, let’s now turn our attention to the Narzo N55 shall we?

Narzo N55 is a much-needed upgrade from last year, and the timing couldn’t have been better. Coming in with a large 6.72-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD screen, there’s also the 90Hz refresh rate and 680 nits brightness which makes for a good viewing. As for its body, two special textures combine to create a dual-effect phone design, with a dazzling upper and a glitter sand texture underneath, splicing together for an awesome dynamic effect.

Powering up the smartphone will be the mid-range Helio G88 chipset, fast octa-core processor, decent graphics and either 4GB or 6GB of memory. An additional 6GB of dynamic memory is available through DRE technology, you can blast through your game smoother than ever.

Camera-wise, the Narzo N55 packs a 64MP+2MP dual primary camera with some good features and functions. An 8MP selfie camera is there to make the package complete.

In terms of storage, the Narzo N55 comes with two options: 64GB or 128GB.

Whichever option you choose, you will get an expansion slot which lets you easily add more space when required.

Next up, we have the 5000 mAh battery supplying the necessary juice to the Narzo N55. This means that it can easily power up the device for a full day or charge, even two if you don’t use it that much. When the time comes to plug it in, the fast battery charger 33W will make short work of it. It only takes 29 minutes to get it up to 50% of charge.

Finally, the latest Android 13 operating system will be available right out of the box. You will be getting all the latest enhancements, which does help along the way.

Realme Narzo N55 is an affordable smartphone for the masses. Sometimes, you don’t need to splurge that much, just enough for basic needs – and in this case you will get more than just some basic device. But since the price difference isn’t that huge, suggest you to for the 128GB + 6GB option.
