The P50 Pro is indeed breathtaking and is in a class of its own. Powerful hardware, powerful camera, large storage, and large battery make for a great flagship. But the absence of Google Play Services might be a deal-breaker for most people.

How fast time flies, and we now expect the P60 Pro to be available anytime soon. Coming in with a large 6.67-inch LTPO OLED screen with a rather peculiar 1220 x 2700 resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. The X-TRUE Display provides accurate colours and true-to-life details in bright and dark areas. Supporting P3 wide colour gamut, it has gained TÜV Rheinland Certifications (Colour Accuracy & Precise Colour Projection). This flagship is even more durable thanks to the IP68-rating and Kunlun Glass which makes it almost indestructible.

It also adopts a unique Pearl Texture Design that makes it shine through like a timeless ornament and gives a distinct pattern on each phone with its shimmering Rococo Pearl exterior, letting elegance utterly express every step of the way.

Next up, we have the high-end Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with a very fast Cortex octa-core processor, high-end Adreno 730 graphics and either 8GB or 12GB of memory. This will blow away anything that you throw at it, even the latest games will run smoothly without any hiccups.

What’s all that power without having some fun, eh? Here we find the P60 Pro equipped with a 48MP+48MP+13MP triple primary camera that is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. The Ultra Lighting Telephoto Camera lets you take pics that look pristine from whatever the distance, whatever the time. The Ultra Lighting Main Camera, boasting an F1.4–F4.0 auto-adjustable physical aperture, helps produce marvellous images day and night with its unprecedented full-path light capturing capabilities. XMAGE styles reproduce colours with distinctive styles that look simply outstanding. Then there’s also the 13MP selfie camera making the package complete.

Storage-wise, you can choose either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage depending on your budget. Even then, you get to have an expansion slot that can easily add an additional 256GB of space.

Moving on to the battery side of things, the P60 Pro will be powered by a 4815 mAh battery which is good enough to supply the necessary juice to the device for at least a day of fun-filled activities. When the time comes to plug it in, the 88W fast battery charger will make short work of it. Fancy wireless charging? There’s also a 50W wireless charging available over here.

Perhaps the only downside about the P60 Pro is the unavailability of Google Play services. Imagine a life without Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Drive, and everything else Google. But there is said to be a workaround to this but do proceed with caution.

Conclusion:

Huawei P60 Pro is the latest flagship to join the fray in 2023. It is a little bit overdue, but it will be coming in strongly with its large 6.67-inch LTOP OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, amazing protection in the form of IP68 and Kunlun Glass, top-of-the-line hardware with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and up to 12GB RAM, great 48MP+48MP+13MP triple primary camera, and a large 4815 mAh battery with 88W fast charging. As mentioned, the only downside is that there’s no Google Play Services right out of the box, although there seems to be a workaround to this.

Huawei P60 Pro is expected to be released very soon with a price tag that starts from ~1,025 USD. There will be four beautiful colors to choose from: Black, Emerald Green, Purple or White.
