Uniphore expands further in the Aussie channel with Probe CX partnership, new program

Uniphore, specialist vendors of conversational AI, have announced a new partnership in Australia at the same time as upgrading their partner program.

The CX platform has announced a partnership with Probe CX, a leading organisation in the field of customer experience and digital transformation.

Through this global strategic partnership, Probe CX will be able to take full advantage of Uniphore’s conversational automation platform, which delivers sophisticated, accurate, personalised and automated customer experiences.

Uniphore recently announced a capital raise of USD $400 million in its Series E funding, which will be used to expand its business operations globally, including Asia-Pacific. The company supports 175,000-plus customer service agents who can handle over 120 million monthly engagements.
